👨‍🔧 Job Role:

• We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead and manage operations in a butter manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, quality control, and team management.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete butter production process from cream processing to packaging
• Plan and manage daily production targets and schedules
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO)
• Monitor quality parameters and minimize wastage
• Handle manpower planning, shift management, and training
• Maintain machinery efficiency and coordinate with maintenance team
• Implement cost control and productivity improvement strategies
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting
