- Supervise daily operations of the press shop
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time
- Handle sheet metal / stamping / pressing operations
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime
- Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection
- Manage manpower and shift planning
- Ensure proper safety practices on the shop floor
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments
