• Perform quality inspection of incoming, in-process & finished goods
• Maintain quality documentation and reports
• Handle customer complaints & root cause analysis
• Ensure adherence to quality standards & procedures

• Basic knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools preferred)
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills

• Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP)
