3371) Junior Maintenance Engineer

🎯Job Brief:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Junior Maintenance Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in machine shop maintenance. The candidate will support the Maintenance Head in handling mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance activities and ensure smooth functioning of CNC and other machines.

⚒️Skills / Responsibilities:

• Experience working in HMC, VMC, CNC, and VTL machine shop environments.
• Support in handling preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Responsible for routine machine inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and basic electronic faults.
• Assist in repairing drives, cards, and control panels.
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems and ladder diagram modifications.
• Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi control systems.
• Perform root cause analysis for repeated breakdowns.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Support TPM implementation and 5S activities on shop floor.
• Assist in PM scheduling and execution as per plan.
• Monitor coolant, oil, air leakages and ensure corrective actions.
• Support procurement team in identifying and maintaining critical spare parts.
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, maintenance software entry).
• Willing to travel if required.
• Willing to settle in Ahmednagar / Supa.
