- Develop and optimize battery pack assembly processes.
- Define SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions.
- Implement process improvements for yield, cycle time, and cost reduction.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and line setup.
- Knowledge of lithium-ion battery pack assembly processes.
- Understanding of welding (laser/ultrasonic), BMS integration, testing.
