🎯Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of mechanical equipment and production systems. The role ensures minimal downtime, improved equipment life, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

⚒️Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee breakdown maintenance to minimize production downtime.
• Plan shutdown maintenance and major overhauls.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts and consumables.

1. Equipment & Asset Management

• Monitor performance of mechanical systems, including:
• Pumps, compressors, turbines
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Conveyors and rotating equipment
• Maintain asset records and equipment history.
• Recommend upgrades or replacement of obsolete equipment.

1. Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise maintenance engineers, technicians, and contractors.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct training programs for skill development and safety.

1. Continuous Improvement

• Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.

💼Required Qualifications

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–15 years of experience in maintenance within a mechanical/manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
