🔬 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Carry out R&D activities for API synthesis
- Perform laboratory-scale reactions and experiments
- Documentation of experiments, observations & results
- Scale-up support from lab to pilot level
- Maintain lab notebooks and comply with GLP guidelines
- Coordinate with QA/QC and production teams
- Ensure safety and compliance with pharma standards
