Job Summary

The Admin Assistant / Receptionist will be responsible for front-office operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role is suitable for freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and handle front desk activities
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally
  • Maintain visitor records and office registers
  • Handle inward and outward courier and correspondence
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain files, records, and office documentation
  • Coordinate with staff for office requirements
  • Support HR and accounts team in basic clerical work
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of reception area

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
