Job Summary
The Admin Assistant / Receptionist will be responsible for front-office operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role is suitable for freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and handle front desk activities
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally
- Maintain visitor records and office registers
- Handle inward and outward courier and correspondence
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain files, records, and office documentation
- Coordinate with staff for office requirements
- Support HR and accounts team in basic clerical work
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of reception area
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
