- Manpower planning, productivity improvement & cost control
- Ensure quality, safety & delivery targets
- Coordination with Production, Quality, Maintenance & Stores
- Implement lean manufacturing & continuous improvement practices
- Monitor KPIs, daily reports & plant performance

✔ Experience in sheet metal / fabrication industry mandatory
