Reporting to: Vice President – Sales & Marketing
Job Summary
This Sales Executive role is in a supporting function to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He will be responsible for field visits and support to the V.P. – Sales & Marketing. He needs to be willing to travel extensively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Introductory Sales Pitch:Give standard company and products introduction to customers during visit to customer site.
- Visit Plan: Prepare weekly and monthly visit plan, get it approved from VP, and review actual implementation with VP.
- Lighting Design Survey: Conduct site surveys as per training using the tools provided.
- Product Demo: Conduct on-site demo to measure lux levels and to prepare detailed reports.
- Before/After Photos & Lux – Measure lux levels and take photos to prepare case studies.
- Cross check lux levels against lighting designs for feedback to lighting design department, especially for new products.
- Courtesy Sales Visits: Visit few selected key customers every month.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Warranty Claims Coordination: Site visit for handling customer complaints when required.
- Proposal making support: Provide inputs to back-office for proposals to be prepared by them.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Computer Knowledge: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT).
- Demographics and Work-Ex: Young men with 0-2 years’ work experience
