✅ Supervise day-to-day VMC machine shop operations
✅ Manpower handling & shift management
✅ Ensure production targets, quality & productivity
✅ Monitor machine performance & process parameters
✅ Coordinate with Quality & Maintenance departments
✅ Maintain production reports & documentation
🛠️ Required Skills:
✔ Strong experience in VMC operations & supervision
✔ Knowledge of tooling, fixtures & machining processes
✔ Ability to handle operators & meet production schedules
✔ Basic knowledge of quality standards & safety practices
