3309) Hydraulic Technician

⚒️Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, valves, and hoses.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Replace or refurbish worn-out hydraulic components.
• Maintain and repair mechanical parts, including gears, bearings, shafts, and couplings.
• Align, assemble, and install mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• ⁠Identify and resolve faults in hydraulic and mechanical systems using diagnostic tools.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Install and commission new hydraulic systems in machinery and industrial equipment.
• Perform system tests to ensure proper pressure levels, fluid flow, and performance.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of maintenance activities.
• Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to ensure system efficiency.
• Provide reports on system conditions, repairs performed, and recommendations for improvements.

🎓Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree (Required).
• Technical certification or diploma in hydraulics, mechanical maintenance, or a related field (Preferred).
