🔑 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Daily planning, monitoring & control of production processes
✅ Manpower planning, allocation & handling
✅ Material planning and coordination
✅ Preparation of production-related reports & documentation
✅ Assign duties to workers and junior staff; supervise performance
✅ Training of junior staff and new workers
✅ Coordination with Maintenance team for breakdowns in IQF process line
✅ Control & monitoring of wastage; daily wastage weight tracking
✅ Responsibility for line and machine cleaning
✅ Ensure strict adherence to GMP practices in the factory
✅ Daily Reporting to Production Head
