3708) Production Supervisor (CNC Shop)

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily automobile production activities and shop-floor operations.
2. Achieve daily and monthly production targets as per the production plan.
3. Allocate work to operators and monitor manpower utilization.
4. Ensure adherence to production processes, work instructions, and safety standards.
5. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Stores departments.
6. Monitor rejection, rework, downtime, and production efficiency.
7. Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
8. Maintain production reports, shift records, and other relevant documentation.
9. Ensure 5S, housekeeping, and discipline on the shop floor.
10. Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce wastage.

• Manpower handling and team coordination
• Knowledge of automobile manufacturing processes
• Problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and basic quality tools
• Ability to work in shifts, if required
