Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process and final quality inspection.
- Check components as per drawings and quality specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Identify defects, rejection and rework and report quality issues.
- Assist in RCA and CAPA activities.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Support implementation of Control Plans and work instructions.
- Maintain proper quality documentation and reports.
