Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process and final quality inspection.
- Ensure products meet drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Handle measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Identify defects, rejection and rework and support corrective actions.
- Assist in RCA, CAPA and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase and other departments.
- Monitor process quality and ensure compliance with inspection standards.
- Support customer complaint analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain quality documentation and daily/monthly quality reports.
- Follow 5S, safety and quality procedures on the shop floor.
