Key Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
- Conduct routine microbiological tests as per established procedures.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports and documentation.
- Handle and maintain microbiology laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Prepare media, solutions and samples for microbiological testing.
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation and microbial contamination.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs and quality standards.
- Support investigation of microbiological deviations and contamination issues.
- Maintain proper laboratory housekeeping and safety practices.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Production teams.
