3644) Project Coordinator

Role Overview

The Company is undertaking a long-term project to develop and expand its range of electric motors in multiple phases over the next 3–4 years.

We require a responsible Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate and track each development project from the initial stage through design, prototype development, testing, approvals and production release.

This is primarily a project coordination position. Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, motor design or laboratory testing is not compulsory.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare phase-wise product-development plans.
• Coordinate with R&D, Design, Testing, Purchase, Production, Quality and Management.
• Track drawings, components, tooling, prototypes, testing and approvals.
• Maintain project schedules, action plans and pending-point lists.
• Conduct project-review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting.
• Follow up with internal teams, suppliers, testing laboratories and certification agencies.
• Maintain drawings, test reports, approvals and revision records.
• Prepare clear emails, reports, presentations and management updates.
• Identify delays and bottlenecks and ensure timely follow-up.
• Ensure each development phase reaches a properly documented production-release stage.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in the electric motor, pump, electrical equipment or engineering manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
• Good professional email writing and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of English for emails and documentation.
• Comfortable communicating in Marathi and Hindi.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• AutoCAD, motor-design and testing expertise are not compulsory.
• Must be organised, proactive and capable of taking ownership of long-term projects.
