Key Responsibilities
- Handle quality activities in the Press Shop.
- Prepare, implement, and monitor Control Plans.
- Perform and maintain 1st Piece / Last Piece inspection.
- Conduct in-process inspection and ensure product quality as per specifications.
- Monitor process parameters and identify quality deviations.
- Handle IHR (In-House Rejection) monitoring and prepare corrective action plans.
- Analyze rejection and rework data and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production and Tool Room teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with customer and internal quality standards.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement activities to reduce rejection and improve process quality.
Required Skills
✔ Good knowledge of Press Shop quality processes
✔ Control Plan preparation and monitoring
✔ 1st Piece / Last Piece inspection
✔ In-process quality inspection
✔ IHR monitoring and action plan implementation
✔ Good knowledge of measuring instruments and engineering drawings
✔ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
