🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete Paint Shop operations and daily production activities.
- Supervise powder coating, liquid painting, and surface preparation processes.
- Ensure paint quality, coating thickness, adhesion, and finish as per specifications.
- Monitor paint consumption and optimize material utilization.
- Maintain paint booths, ovens, spray guns, and related equipment.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Lead, train, and develop Paint Shop personnel to achieve production and quality targets.
