🔋 Key Responsibilities
- Lead new product development for Lithium-ion Batteries, EV Battery Packs, and BESS.
- Design and develop battery pack architecture, modules, and energy storage solutions.
- Coordinate with R&D, Design, Testing, Production, and Quality teams.
- Drive prototype development, validation, testing, and product commercialization.
- Ensure compliance with automotive and battery safety standards.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement product improvements.
- Manage BOMs, engineering documentation, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with customers and suppliers for technical support and product customization.
- Lead and mentor the Product Development team while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
