Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management & Business Development

1. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-ups.
2. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and lead follow-ups.
3. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from the company’s product and service portfolio.

• Internal Coordination & Solution Delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and effective solutions are delivered to customers.
• Act as a communication link between customers and internal stakeholders to support smooth execution.

• Market Research & Vendor Development
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and emerging opportunities.
• Support identification, evaluation, and development of new vendors based on market and customer needs.

• Marketing & Promotional Activities
• Assist in planning and execution of marketing strategies and promotional initiatives.
• Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and marketing events as required.

• Digital & Reporting Support
• Support website-related activities, including content updates, product information, and coordination with designers or external agencies.
• Prepare and maintain marketing reports, customer feedback summaries, and market intelligence data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions
• Comfortable with cold calling, customer visits, and fieldwork
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and market research
