Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, performance management, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role focuses on creating a positive work environment and supporting the organization’s human resource needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
2. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
3. Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management.
4. Coordinate with employee and development programs.
5. Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
7. Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
8. Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
9. Coordinate employee exit formalities and full-and-final settlements.
10. Promote a positive workplace culture and employee well-being.
