📝 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new machined components and manufacturing processes
• Study customer drawings and conduct feasibility analysis
• Coordinate with customers, production, quality, and suppliers
• Develop fixtures, gauges, and tooling for new products
• Handle APQP, PPAP, and sample submission activities
• Optimize machining processes for quality, productivity, and cost
• Support trial runs, process validation, and product approvals
• Prepare and maintain development-related documentation
🎯 Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of CNC Turning & VMC machining processes
✔ Experience in New Product Development (NPD)
✔ Expertise in fixture and gauge development
✔ Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
✔ Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and customer requirements
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
