Job Brief:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Purchase Head who will lead and manage the
entire procurement function. The candidate will be responsible for vendor development, supplier
evaluation, cost optimization, and ensuring smooth procurement of raw materials including castings and
forgings.

• Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities across the organization
• Develop and maintain strong vendor base and supplier relationships
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
• Handle procurement of raw materials including castings, forgings, and other commodities
• Implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and manage procurement budgets
• Conduct supplier performance evaluation based on quality, cost, and delivery
• Identify procurement risks and develop strategies
• Lead price negotiations and contract finalization with suppliers
• Ensure timely procurement and coordination with logistics for smooth operations
• Collaborate with production, planning, and finance teams for seamless supply chain operations
• Standardize purchasing processes and improve efficiency across all units
• Lead and mentor the purchase team for high performance
