Role Summary:

The Lead – HR & Administration will lead and oversee the Human Resources and Administrative functions of Business Unit to align people strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

A. Human Resources Leadership
1.       Talent Acquisition
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding to ensure quality talent and cultural fit.
  • Implement robust induction and early engagement plan
  • Maintain and regularly update a centralized job description repository.
2.       Learning & Development
  • Create role-specific skill matrices and identify skill gaps through needs assessments.
  • Execute annual training calendars covering technical, functional, and leadership development.
  • Monitor training effectiveness using measurable outcomes and ROI frameworks.
3.       Performance Management
  • Implement a SMART-based Performance Management System.
  • Ensure cascading of organizational goals into individual and functional KPIs.
  • Ensure completion of KRA setting and Mid-Term / Year End reviews as per the schedule.
  • Encourage continuous feedback, check-ins, and real-time performance coaching.
4.       Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
  • Lead initiatives to build a positive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Formulate employee recognition frameworks, and wellness activities.
  • Conduct periodic employee surveys and ensure follow-up actions.
  • Establish and manage grievance redressal mechanisms.
5.      Payroll Management & HRIS
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and statutory compliance.
  • Manage leave, attendance, and HR master data through an integrated HRIS platform.
  • Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, and other statutory obligations.
  • Develop HR dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
  • Promote digital adoption across HR processes.
6.       Exit & Separation Management
  • Manage all employee separation processes including resignation tracking, exit interviews, handovers, F&F, and compliance.
  • Share exit insights with leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate replacement planning in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
7.       Facility & Housekeeping Management
  • Oversee daily operations of all facilities including cleanliness, utilities, space planning, and upkeep.
  • Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance is scheduled and monitored.
  • Oversee high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all office and operational areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections and vendor performance reviews.
8.       Centralized Systems & Automation
  • Implement centralized systems for approvals, monitoring, and admin operations.
  • Digitize workflows and integrate real-time dashboards and MIS.
9.        Safety & Risk Management
  • Establish and enforce a comprehensive safety policy.
  • Conduct regular safety training and audits (fire safety, chemical handling, first aid).
  • Build a proactive safety culture across all sites and units.
10.       General Administration:
  • Ensure all the admin related operations such as Security Management, Travel, Accommodation, Guest House and Communication are running smoothly along with necessary documentations.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies and cafeteria / pantry provisions.
  • Event Management and necessary support to business for 
  • Monitor infrastructure and coordinate vendor services for maintenance.
