📝Job Description:-
- Create 3D models of aluminium extrusion dies using Autodesk PowerShape.
- Develop solid, hollow, and semi-hollow extrusion die designs based on customer profile drawings.
- Prepare die assemblies, mandrels, die plates, backers, bolsters, and support tooling.
- Modify existing die designs to improve profile quality and die life.
- Coordinate with tool room, VMC operators, EDM operators, and die makers.
- Prepare electrode designs and machining drawings for EDM operations.
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk PowerShape.
- Familiarity with extrusion die manufacturing processes.
Certification in CAD/CAM (PowerShape, PowerMill) preferred.
