🎯Job Description:-

1. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures for aluminium extrusion processes.
2. Review and approve quality documentation, inspection records, and test reports.
3. Lead root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions (CAPA), and problem-solving initiatives
4. Knowledge about to handling ISO & IATF audits, and BIS Certification also.
5. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and reduce scrap or rework.
6. Handle customer quality complaints and ensure effective resolution.
7. Liaise with suppliers regarding quality issues with incoming materials, including billet and dies.
8. Supervise and calibrate measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, Vernier, calipers, Webster, UTM, BHN).
9. Support or lead internal and external audits.
10. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) and industry standards.
11. Maintain documentation for traceability and regulatory purposes.
12. Mentor and guide junior quality engineers and inspectors.
13. Conduct training sessions on quality standards, procedures, and tools.
