📝 Job Summary:
Responsible for managing vendor operations for outsourced jobs ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery with “Right First Time” approach.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor management & coordination for outsourced manufacturing jobs
- Job costing, budgeting & cost control
- Handling RFQ, vendor comparison, negotiation & PO process
- Monitor production progress & ensure timely project completion
- Conduct vendor audits & develop alternate vendors
- Ensure quality compliance & review QC/FAT reports
- Coordinate with internal teams & stakeholders
- Maintain documentation, reports & job status updates
- Ensure proper job closure (material audit, reconciliation, billing)
🎯 Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of costing & procurement process
- Vendor handling & negotiation skills
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Knowledge of ERP / documentation
