Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Director in day-to-day administrative activities
- Schedule meetings, appointments & travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations & MIS
- Handle emails, calls and correspondence on behalf of Director
- Maintain confidential documents & records
- Coordinate with internal departments & external clients
- Follow-up on pending tasks and project updates
- Manage calendar and meeting minutes
Requirements:
- MBA(HR)/Graduate (Any discipline)
- 1–3 years experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Strong MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint knowledge
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Professional & confidential work approach
