Position Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking defence R&D projects involving multi disciplinary engineering teams and multiple manufacturing locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Track technical progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with design, testing, QA, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
• Interface with customers for reviews, reporting, and audits.
• Ensure timely delivery of hardware, documentation, and qualification outputs.
• Maintain project documentation and compliance records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• BE with strong engineering background.
• 6–10 years of project management experience.
• Ability to manage complex technical projects and stakeholder interfaces.
