๐ฏ Job Responsibilities
- Perform quality testing of milk & dairy products
- Test fat, SNF, acidity, moisture, protein
- Conduct MBRT, adulteration & chemical analysis
- Raw milk quality check at receiving stage
- In-process quality inspection during production
- Finished product testing (butter, ghee, paneer, milk powder)
- Maintain QC lab records & reports
- Calibration of lab instruments
- Monitor hygiene & sanitation standards
- Coordinate with production team for quality issues
- Follow FSSAI & food safety standards
- Handle sample retention & documentation
