- New product development & component validation
- Coordinate with design, production & quality team
- Prepare development plans & timelines
- Vendor follow-up for new parts development
- Handle trial activities & sample approvals
- Engineering drawing understanding & modification
- BOM preparation and documentation
✅Required Skills:
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks (preferred)
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes
- Problem solving & coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of PPAP / APQP preferred
- Strong communication & reporting skills
