- Handle VMC / HMC / CNC Turning operations
- Monitor production targets & daily output
- Machine setup & process improvement
- Tool selection & tool life monitoring
- Maintain quality as per drawing & tolerance
- Shift planning & manpower handling
- Reduce rejection & improve productivity
✅ Key Skills:
- Knowledge of CNC Turning / VMC / HMC
- Basic understanding of G-code / M-code
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Production planning & reporting
- Team handling skills
- Knowledge of measuring instruments
