🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Electrical Technician to join our team
• As a Maintenance Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment in our facility
• Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity of Machine.
• Assisted in maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC-controlled industrial machinery.
• Supported preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines, including motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
• Monitored parameters, alarms, and interlocks to ensure safe and accurate machine operation.
• Performed basic PLC fault diagnostics, I/O checking, and signal monitoring to identify electrical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of machine downtime, repairs, maintenance logs, and spare parts consumption.
• Identify, order, and maintain an inventory of critical spare parts to ensure immediate availability.
• Machine Settings & Optimization: Tool offsets, spindle speed, feed rate tuning multi-axis operations
• Knowledge of CNC systems, spindles, ball screws, pneumatic, linear scales, rotary encoders, and Servos is highly advantage
