Responsibility : Developing organizational HR plans and policies, supporting human resources in the company,
monitoring HR activities and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, supervising HR personnel, handling employment and industrial relations, analyzing and reporting data based on HR metrics.Coordinating with management to make key decisions about labour.

A SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) manual for the Human Resources (HR) department offers several benefits to Organisation as well as to employees, including:

  • Monitoring the compliance of security operations. To review their daily activities.
  • Maintaining Attendance record and Payroll Data.
  • Preparation of Salary on the basis of Attendance.
  • Making Labour Contractors Agreement as per legal formalities
  • Ensuring Labour Attendance as per demanded with necessary hygienic manpower on a daily basis. f) Ensuring Statutory compliance (EPF , ESIC) of Labour Contractors on monthly basis. g) Talent acquisition,Recruitment, Induction and Training,. h) Employee Welfare
  • Government Licensing related works and liaising with Government offices and officials.

  1. Consistency : Establishing standardized procedures for HR processes, ensuring that policies and practices areapplied consistently throughout the organization. This will help reduce persistent discrimination and prejudice.
  2. Efficiency : streamlining HR functions such as recruitment, on boarding, performance reviews and employee separations, improving efficiency and reducing administrative burden.
  3. Compliance : Continuously ensuring that the organization complies, social security with employment laws to minimize legal risks by taking appropriate measures to keep HR teams up-to-date with labour laws and regulations. Maintaining Employees record, personal files, statutory compliance details upto-date.
  4. Clarity : Reducing confusion and misunderstandings regarding HR policies and procedures by providing clear guidelines to employees.
  5. Training and On Boarding: Acting as a valuable training resource for all new employees, expediting their orientation and integration into the department.
  6. Risk Management : Minimize legal disputes, complaints and other HR risks by outlining protocols for handling HR-related issues.
  7. Data Security : Addressing privacy and security issues by ensuring secure handling of sensitive employee information for data management.
  8. Strategic Focus : Consistently implementation of strategy with focus on strategic initiatives such as HR professional talent development, employee engagement and workforce planning along with documentation of regular HR work
  9. Employee Relations : Enhancing employee relations by fostering clear HR processes fairness, transparency and trust.
  10. Cost Reduction : Creating a balance sheet for cost savings in HR operations by increasing labour efficiency and reducing legal risks by embodying the HR department’s strategic work system
