- Supervise heat treatment operations (hardening, tempering, annealing, etc.)
- Monitor furnace parameters and process cycles
- Ensure product quality as per automotive standards
- Maintain process records and documentation
- Coordinate with quality and production teams
- Ensure safety and compliance with SOPs
- Handle shift operations and manpower supervision
