🎯1. Position Overview

The Marketing Executive – International Marketing will be responsible for promoting bakery ingredients, flavours, and specialty food additives in global markets. The role includes lead generation, client communication, coordination with production and supply chain teams, and ensuring strong brand positioning in international territories.

⚒️2. Key Responsibilities

A. International Marketing & Business Development

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand business in international markets.

• Identify and evaluate new global business opportunities for bakery ingredients, flavours, sorbic acid, fumaric acid, and other Company products.

• Conduct international market research—competitor analysis, pricing trends, and consumer behavior.

• Maintain relationships with overseas distributors, channel partners, and direct clients.

• Create and maintain an international customer database.

B. Sales Support & Client Handling

• Generate leads through emails, online platforms, marketplaces, exhibitions, and export portals.

• Handle inquiries, share product information, technical data sheets, and quotations.

• Follow up with international clients for samples, orders, feedback, and after-sales service.

• Coordinate negotiations related to pricing, MOQ, delivery timelines, and payment terms.

C. Marketing Communication

• Prepare marketing materials: brochures, product presentations, technical documents.

• Assist in digital marketing—website updates, product posts, and marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate participation in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and virtual meetings.

• Collaborate with design team to develop product catalogs, promotional creatives, and brand content.

D. Coordination with Internal Departments

• Work closely with the following teams:

• Production – for planning, dispatch, and sample readiness

• Quality – for COA, MSDS, specifications

• Supply Chain/Logistics – for export documentation, shipment follow-up, freight, and customs

• Accounts – for proforma invoices and payments

• Ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

E. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports on inquiries, conversions, follow-ups, and sales performance.

• Maintain export documentation and compliance in line with international trade policies.

• Track competitor activities and share insights with management.

🧑‍🔧3. Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) for international client interaction.

• Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.).

• Understanding of bakery & food ingredient market trends.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Ability to prepare professional presentations and reports.

• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client relationship-management skills.

• Ability to work independently with good market research skills.
