🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor & control daily production activities to meet targets
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines & materials
- Implement production planning, scheduling & shift management
- Improve productivity, efficiency & reduce rejection/rework
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, PPC & Stores departments
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs & safety norms
- Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS & production reports
- Lead, motivate & develop production teamsSupport continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean)
- 🎯 Candidate Profile:
✔ Strong experience in home appliances manufacturing
✔ Excellent leadership & decision-making skills
✔ Exposure to assembly lines, automation & process improvement
