💼Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Selling to Lighting clients like LED, Fixtures, drivers manufacturers & vendors is mandatory. Other electronics component selling experience would be an added advantage. Experience of having worked in the eco system of VFD drives & having worked closely with -system integrators, panels builders, Automation projects, & end customers like Crane / Hoist manufactures lift / Elevators Manufactures, CNC Machine Manufacturers etc.

Having deep contacts with strategic stakeholders in lighting industry. All India exposure preferred Experience in creating and managing large dealers and distributors Experience of having sold resistors or passive electronic components / drives / system integration like panels etc. / automation projects etc.
Experience of managing clients belonging to energy meters / lifts & elevators / cranes / UPS invertors / battery chargers / switchgear / lighting industries, etc. Familiarity with CRM packages like salesforce. com,zoho.com etc.Current compensation package should necessarily include both fixed as well as performance linked component (minimum 20% of CTC), based on target achievement.

- Generate enquiries. – To attend and respond to enquiry calls from B2B portals / website
- To get checked technical feasibility of all enquirires through Product / Design Mgr
Handling Sales Promotion - To get involed in discussion of exhibition participation
- To co-ordinate to exhibition agencies for participation till finalization (layout, furniture / payment)
- To co-ordinate to portal (Indiamart /Exporterindia / Tradexl / Tradeindia) representatives for updation.
- Prepare daily/ weekly / monthly reports for review
