🎯Job Description
PEB is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all production activities related to Pre-Engineered Buildings to ensure timely delivery, optimal quality, cost efficiency, and safe operations. The role involves managing manpower, machinery, materials, and processes across fabrication, painting, and dispatch.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules as per project requirements.
- Ensure on-time fabrication and delivery of PEB components (primary & secondary members).
- Coordinate with design, planning, QA/QC, stores, and dispatch teams.
⚒️Operations Management
- Supervise fabrication processes: cutting, drilling, welding, assembly, blasting, and painting.
- Optimize machine utilization and manpower productivity.
- Monitor production output and take corrective actions to meet targets.
